Dirham (Silver, 24 mm, 3.04 g, 3 h), citing the heir apparent Muhammad al-Amin as 'ibn Amir al-Mu'minin' ('son of the Commander of the Faithful' in Kufic) and the vizier Ja'far ibn Yahya al-Barmaki, Madinat al-Salam, AH 180 = AD 796/7. SICA IV, 1669. Extremely fine.
