ISLAMIC, 'Abbasid Caliphate. temp. Al-Mahdi, AH 158-169 / AD 775-785. Fals (Bronze, 20 mm, 2.93 g, 7 h), citing the governor Ya'qub ibn Suwar (circa AH 159 = AD 776), uncertain mint in the East, possibly Khorasan, AH 159 = AD 775/6. Album 338. Zeno-164088 ( this coin ). Extremely rare. Some corrosion, otherwise, good fine.
