Miliaresion (Silver, 21 mm, 2.32 g, 6 h), Constantinopolis. +IҺSЧS XRISTЧS ҺICA✷ Cross crosslet set upon globe above two steps; in central medallion, crowned facing bust of John I with I/ω - A/N to left and right. Rev. +IⲰAҺҺ / ЄҺ XⲰ AVTO/CRAT ЄVSЄb / bASILЄVS / RⲰMAIⲰ in five lines. DOC 7. SB 1792. Nicely toned. Somewhat ragged edge and with light scratches on the obverse, otherwise, very fine.
