RESTITVTOR REI PVBLICAE / SMNЄ Valens standing front, head to right, holding labarum in his right hand and Victory on globe in his left. Depeyrot 10/2. RIC 2d.1. Clipped and wavy, and with some graffiti and scratches, otherwise, very fine.
