IMP C M AVR CLAVDIVS AVG Radiate bust of Claudius II to left, heroically nude and seen from behind, holding spear in his right hand and shield decorated with gorgoneion on his left shoulder. Rev. PAX AETERNA / SPQR Pax standing front, head to left, holding branch in her right hand and transverse scepter in her left. Gysen I 1127 ( this coin ). RIC -. RIC V online 936.3 ( this coin ). Very rare with this bust type. Somewhat rough and with minor traces of cleaning and some weakness, otherwise, about very fine.
