Hadrian, 117-138. Denarius (Silver, 20 mm, 3.32 g, 6 h), Rome, circa 126-127. HADRIANVS AVGVSTVS Laureate head of Hadrian to right, with slight drapery on his left shoulder. Rev. COS III Virtus seated left on cuirass, placing her right foot on helmet set on the ground, holding parazonium in her right hand and inverted spear in her left. BMC 372. Cohen 339 var. (without drapery). RIC 862. Nicely toned. A few light scratches and the reverse a bit weak, otherwise, good very fine.
