KINGS OF PERSIS. Artaxerxes (Ardaxshir) II, late 1st century BC. Drachm (Silver, 22 mm, 4.31 g, 9 h), Istakhr (Persepolis). Draped bust of Artaxerxes II to left, wearing mural crown and diadem; in field to right, monogram. Rev. Artaxerxes II standing left, holding scepter and sacrificing before altar to left. Alram 570/573. Klose & Müseler 4/10b. Sunrise 598. Van't Haaff 570/573.2-2c ( this coin ). Sharply struck and with a fine portrait. Extremely fine.
