MIDDLE DANUBE. Uncertain tribe. 2nd century BC. Tetradrachm (Silver, 22 mm, 10.86 g, 12 h), 'Ohrlocke' type. Celticized laureate head of Zeus to right. Rev. Celticized horseman to left; below horse's tail, pellet; below, pellet between two annulets. Dembski -. Flesche -. Lanz -. OTA 104 var. Very rare. Minor scratches and a small spot of corrosion on the obverse edge, otherwise, very fine.
