Fals (Bronze, 18 mm, 1.38 g, 5 h), citing the heir apparent al-Mahdi as 'Muhammad ibn Amir al-Mu'minin' ('Muhammad, son of the Commander of the Faithful' in Kufic), Amul on the Oxus River, without date, probably AH 142-158. Album U317. An extremely rare mint. Some deposits and with light marks, otherwise, nearly very fine.
