[...]+VID DHVIAD Uncertain figure seated left, leaning left on tripod (?). Original suspension loop broken off. Holed and with some scrapes and scratches, otherwise, fine.

It is certainly not an understatement to say that this coin has had a rough life, but the major features of Group C are still discernible: an abstract imperial portrait facing to the left with the shoulder seen from behind.
