Description

Constantine II, as Caesar, 316-337. Follis (Bronze, 18 mm, 2.44 g, 12 h), Rome, circa 320. CONSTANTINVS IVN NOB C Laureate, draped and cuirassed bust of Constantine II to right. Rev. VOT / X•X / [R] T in three lines within wreath. RIC -. Extremely rare. Some traces of corrosion on the reverse, otherwise, about extremely fine.

Only two examples are known for Constantine Caesar with the rare 'VOT / XX' reverse, both from officina T and in the Ramskold Collection.
