Crispus, Caesar, 316-326. Follis (Bronze, 19 mm, 3.31 g, 12 h), Rome, circa 320. C-RISPVS NOB CAES Laureate, draped and cuirassed bust of Crispus to left, seen from behind, holding spear in his right hand and shield in his left. Rev. ROMAE A-ETERNAE / R ЄΡⲰ C T Roma seated right, inscribing with her right hand shield set on her left knee with X/V in two lines; at her side, shield. RIC 197. Apparently unique. Attractive earthen highlights on a dark patina. Very fine.
