Constantine II, as Caesar, 316-337. Follis (Bronze, 19 mm, 3.59 g, 12 h), Rome, circa 320. CONSTANTINVS IVN NOB C Laureate and cuirassed bust of Constantine II to left, holding Victory on globe in his right hand and eagle-headed parazonium in his left. Rev. PAX P-E-R-PETVA / P - R / R Q Pax standing front, head to left and legs crossed, holding olive branch in her right hand and transverse scepter in her left, leaning with left elbow on column. RIC -. Apparently unpublished and unique. Some pitting, otherwise, about very fine.

From the collection of Dr. L. Ramskold, formed since 1969.

This unique piece is one of three examples recorded of this type and the only known from officina Q.
