★ Very rare and unusually well preserved ★

Mark Antony, 44-30 BC. Denarius (Silver, 18 mm, 3.92 g, 6 h), mint moving with Antony (Corcyra?), 40 BC. Bare head of Mark Antony to right; behind, lituus. Rev. M•A NT •IMP• - III•VIR•R•P•C• Caduceus and two cornucopiaes set on globe. Babelon (Antonia) 35. Crawford 520/1. RBW -. Sydenham 1189. Very rare. Lightly toned and unusually well preserved. Light areas of weakness and with some light scratches, otherwise, good very fine.

From a European collection, formed before 2005.
