INDIA, Medieval. Cholas of Thanjavur (Tanjore). Raja Raja, 985-1014. Aka – 1/8 Kahavanu (Gold, 8 mm, 0.45 g), Cholas of Thanjavur (Tanjore), Raja Raja, 985-1014. Tiger seated right; to right, two fish upright; bow to left, lamp to right; parasol. Rev. 'Yuddha Malla' (in Nagari). Mitchiner-726/28. Minor corrosion on the obverse, otherwise, very fine.
