INDIA, Post-Mauryan (Deccan). Chutus of Banavasi. Chutukulananda issues, circa 30 BC-AD 70. Unit (Lead, 27 mm, 11.12 g). RANO CUTUKULANADASA ('of the King Chutukulanada' in Brahmi) Eight-arched hill; below, river. Rev. Tree in railing; to right, nandipada. Pieper 617. Rare. Very fine.
