KINGS OF CAPPADOCIA. Ariarathes VII Philometor, circa 107/6-101/0 BC. Tetradrachm (Silver, 28 mm, 16.45 g, 12 h), in the names and types of the Seleukid King Antiochos VII, uncertain mint A in Cappadocia, circa 107/6-104/3. Diademed head of Antiochos VII to right. Rev. ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ / ΑΝΤΙΟΧΟY - EYEPΓETOY Athena standing front, head to left, holding Nike in her right hand and spear and shield in her left; to outer left, monogram above A; to inner left and right, O - Λ. SC 2148. Well centered and with an attractive portrait. Light deposits, otherwise, good very fine.
