Heraclius, 610-641. Solidus (Gold, 20 mm, 4.46 g, 6 h), Constantinopolis, 639/641. Heraclius, Heraclius Constantine and Heraclonas, wearing crowns with crosses, standing facing, all holding globus crucigers in their right hands. Rev. VICTORIA AVςЧ Θ / CONOB Cross potent on base and three steps; to left, Heraclian monogram; to right, Є. DOC 44 var. (officina not listed). MIB 53. SB 770. Minor areas of weakness and with a graffito of 'b' on the reverse, otherwise, good very fine.

From a European collection, acquired before 2021.
