Description

Divus Valerian II, died 258. Antoninianus (Silver, 22 mm, 2.75 g, 1 h), Rome, 258. DIVO CAES VALERIANO Radiate, draped and cuirassed bust of Divus Valerian II to right, seen from behind. Rev. CONSECRATIO Lighted altar with two doors and two horns on top. Cohen 13 corr. ('Saloninus'). MIR 261k. RIC 24. Nicely toned. Thin surface cracks and the reverse a bit weak, otherwise, good very fine.
