Draped bust of Yazdgard I to right, wearing elaborate crown with korymbos and crescent on forehead; before head, uncertain symbol or letter. Rev. Fire altar flanked by two attendants; in upper left field, crescent; in upper right field, crescent. SNS III, pl. 57, A67 var. (different symbol in front of bust). Extremely rare. Some deposits and with light cleaning scratches, otherwise, good fine.
