BAKTRIA, Indo-Greek Kingdom. Heliokles II, circa 90-75 BC. Tetradrachm (Silver, 25 mm, 7.65 g, 12 h), Indian standard, uncertain mint in eastern Gandhara or the western Punjab. ΒAΣΙΛΕΩΣ ΔIKAIOY HΛIOKΛEOYΣ Draped bust of Heliokles II to right, wearing crested helmet adorned with pelt and wing. Rev. 'Maharajasa dhramikasa Heliyakreyasa' ('of the Great King Heliokles the Just' in Karoshti) Zeus standing front, holding thunderbolt in his right hand and scepter in his left; to lower left, monogram.
