Description

Anonymous, circa 211-208 BC. Denarius (Silver, 18 mm, 3.62 g, 12 h), Rome. Head of Roma to right, wearing winged and crested helmet; behind, X (mark of value). Rev. ROMA (in partial linear frame) The Dioscuri, each holding spear, on horseback galloping right; above their heads, two stars. Crawford 53/2. RBW 194. Sydenham 229. Very light deposits, otherwise, very fine.
