GERMANY. Annweiler (königliche Münzstätte). Friedrich II von Hohenstaufen, 1215-1250. Pfennig (Silver, 17 mm, 0.34 g, 7 h), circa 1250. Crowned bust facing holding a cross in each hand. Rev. Wall with gate and tower between cross and annulet with pellet in center. Scherer 40. Beautifully toned. Good very fine.
