GERMANY. Rottweil. 1250-1270. Bracteate (Silver, 19 mm, 0.46 g). Eagle with spread wings and large feet. Rev. Incuse of obverse. CC 300. Beautiful iridescent toning. Extremely fine.
From the collection of Dr. Max Blaschegg (1930-2021, with collector’s ticket), privately acquired from Schweizerische Bankgesellschaft at the Basel coin fair on 28 January 1989.
