Diva Faustina Senior, died 140/1. Denarius (Silver, 16 mm, 3.51 g, 5 h), Rome. FAVSTINA AVGVSTA Diademed and draped bust of Faustina Senior to right. Rev. IVNONI REGINAE Juno standing front, head to left, holding patera in her right hand and long scepter in her left; at feet to left, peacock standing left, rasing head toward Juno. BMC 137. Cohen 215. RIC 338. Nicely toned. Minor deposits, otherwise, very fine.
