ITALY. Sicilia (Regno). Enrico VI, 1194-1197. Tarì (Gold, 13 mm, 1.49 g), Messina or Brindisi. Cruciform scepter between IC - XC and NI-KA; in outer margin, mint and date in Kufic. Rev. Large P in circle; around, legend in Kufic; in outer margin, mint and date in Kufic. Spahr 9. Struck from a somewhat corroded obverse die, otherwise, about extremely fine.
