ISLAMIC, Persia (Pre-Seljuq). Tahirids. Talha ibn Tahir, AH 207-213 / AD 822–828. Dirham (Silver, 25 mm, 2.68 g, 9 h), citing Talha ibn Tahir, Samarqand, AH 209 = AD 824/5. Album 1391. Slightly clipped, with two minor flan cracks and some nicks, otherwise, very fine.
