Description

★ Virtually as struck ★

Heraclius, with Heraclius Constantine and Heraclonas, 610-641. Solidus (Gold, 21 mm, 4.41 g, 7 h), Constantinopolis, 635/6(?). Heraclius, Heraclius Constantine and Heraclonas, wearing crowns with crosses, standing facing, all holding globus crucigers in their right hands. Rev. VICTORIA AVGЧ H / CONOB Cross potent on base and three steps; in field to left, Heraclian monogram; in field to right, Θ. DOC 34c. MIB 40. SB 759. Lustrous and sharp. Traces of overstriking and with a a few minor scrapes on the reverse, otherwise, virtually as struck.
