VICTOR TibЄRI AЧS / CONOB Cross potent. Cf. DOC 13. MIB 11a and SB 353 (for obverse) and DOC 7, MIB 9b and SB 425 (for reverse). Spink NCirc (1990) 6718 = Stacks, The Golden Horn Collection (2009), 3106. Of the highest rarity, apparently the second known example. Very fine.
