ISLAMIC, 'Abbasid Caliphate. temp. Al-Mahdi, AH 158-169 / AD 775-785. Fals (Bronze, 17 mm, 1.41 g, 7 h), citing the caliph al-Mahdi and with 'Rabi' ('my Lord' in Kufic) on the reverse, Istakhr, AH 167 = AD 783/4. SICA II, 1402. Flan crack, otherwise, very fine.
