ISLAMIC, 'Abbasid Caliphate. temp. Al-Mansur, AH 136-158 / AD 754-775. Fals (Bronze, 23 mm, 2.35 g, 7 h), citing the heir apparent as 'al-Mahdi Muhammad ibn Amir al-Mu'minin' and the governor Bakkar, Arran, AH 153 = AD 770. Vardanyan 2011, 234. Very rare. Minor edge crack and with light scratches, otherwise, very fine.
