Constantine I, 307/310-337. 1/2 Argenteus (Silver, 15 mm, 1.64 g, 5 h), Treveri, 307-308. IMP CONSTANTINVS P F AVG Laureate and cuirassed bust of Constantine I to right. Rev. VIRTVS MILITVM / TR Campgate with no doors and four turrets. RIC 758. Very rare. A well pedigreed example with wonderful old collection toning. Struck very slightly off center and with a minor flan crack, otherwise, extremely fine.
