Gallienus, 253-268. Binio (Gold, 20 mm, 4.00 g, 1 h), Mediolanum, 262. GALLIENVS AVG Radiate head of Gallienus to right. Rev. FIDES / MILI/TVM in three lines within laurel wreath. Calicó 3500 corr. (as 'Rome'). MIR 1073c (3 specimens), pl. 85 ( same dies ). RIC 41 corr. (as 'Rome'). Very rare. Holed and plugged, otherwise, very fine.

This very rare binio is part of Gallienus' decennalian issue of 262. In a time of crisis, it celebrated the loyalty of the emperor's troops.
