CILICIA. Tarsus. Hadrian, 117-138. Tridrachm (Silver, 23 mm, 10.44 g, 1 h). ΑΥΤ ΚΑΙ ΘΕ ΤΡA ΠΑΡ ΥΙ ΘΕ ΝΕΡ ΥΙ ΤΡΑ ΑΔΡΙΑΝΟϹ ϹE Laureate head of Hadrian to right. Rev. ΤΑΡϹΕΩΝ - ΜΗΤΡΟΠΟΛΕΩϹ City-goddess, turreted and veiled, seated left, holding palm in her right hand and cornucopiae with her left; to left at feet, river-god Kydnos, crowned with wreath of sedge, swimming left. Prieur 760. RPC III 3261. Minor flan faults and light graffiti, otherwise, about extremely fine.
