CARIA. Halikarnassos. Circa 200-180 BC. Drachm (Silver, 17 mm, 3.46 g, 12 h), Drakon, magistrate. Head of Helios facing slightly to right. Rev. ΑΛΙΚΑΡ / [Δ]ΡΑΚΩΝ Bust of Athena to right, wearing crested Corinthian helmet and aegis. BMC 43. SNG Copenhagen 367. SNG Keckman I 51. Somewhat porous and with a minor flan crack, otherwise, good very fine.
