MACEDON. Uranopolis . Circa 300 BC. Chalkous (Bronze, 13 mm, 1.96 g). Eight-pointed star and crescent. Rev. OYPANIΔΩ-ΠΟΛΕΩΣ Zeus-Ouranios seated on globe, facing, holding scepter in right hand. AMNG III, 3. SNG ANS 918. SNG Copenhagen 458. The obverse struck slightly off center , otherwise, very fine.
