MACEDON. Neapolis . Circa 424-350 BC. Hemidrachm (Silver, 15 mm, 1.82 g, 9 h). Facing Gorgoneion with protruding tongue. Rev. N-E-O-Π Head of the nymph of Neapolis to right, her hair coiled around her head and with a bun at the back. SNG ANS 447–54. SNG Copenhagen 228. A nice example of charming style. Slightly granular , otherwise, good very fine.
