MACEDON. Amphipolis . Circa 148-32/1 BC. Dichalkon (Bronze, 17 mm, 4.43 g, 6 h). Laureate head of Zeus to left. Rev. ΑΜΦΙΠΟΛΕΙΤΩΝ Eagle standing facing, head and tail right, wings spread, on thunderbolt. AMNG III, 45. SNG Copenhagen 76. Very fine.
