KINGS OF SKYTHIA. Charaspes, 3rd-2nd centuries BC. Bronze (22 mm, 10.11 g, 12 h). Jugate heads of the Dioskouroi to right, wearing laureate piloi. Rev. ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ ΧΑΡΑΣΠΟΥ / ME (ligate) Eagle standing right on thunderbolt. Draganov, Skythian 518. SNG BM Black Sea 350. An unusually attractive example with clear legends and a nice dark patina. Minor area of weakness on the obverse , otherwise, good very fine.
