Legend in Arabic within inner field of six-pointed star. Album -. Of the highest rarity and great importance, apparently only the third known bronze coin of Jihan Timur. Good fine.
This is only the third known bronze coin of Jihan Timur, who, through his father Alafrang, a son of Gaykhatu, was a direct descandant of the great Genghis Khan. However, Jihan was a mere puppet ruler of the Jalayirid Hasan Buzurg, who disposed him in 1340. His subsequent fate is unknown.
