LOCAL ISSUES, Kabul. Shahis (Shahiyas). Vakka Deva, circa 870-1008. Jital (Bronze, 18 mm, 2.30 g, 2 h). SRI VAKKA DEVA ('Lord Samanta Deva' in Nagari) Elephant advancing to left. Rev. Lion standing right with jaws open and paw raised; below, 'da' (in Nagari). Tye 9.2. Rare. Some corrosion spots, otherwise, very fine.
