IONIA. Ephesos. Circa 500-420 BC. Hemitetartemorion (?) (Silver, 8 mm, 0.12 g, 12 h). Bee. Rev. Head of an eagle to right within incuse square. Karwiese Series IV, Type 1. SNG Kayhan 130. An unusually sharp and attractive piece. Faint cleaning scratches on the reverse, otherwise, extremely fine.
