MYSIA. Kyzikos. Circa 550-450 BC. Stater (Electrum, 25 mm, 16.18 g). Forepart of a lion to left, devouring prey; to right, tunny upward. Rev. Quadripartite incuse square. BMFA 1416. SNG Paris -, cf. 181 (hekte). Von Fritze 41. Well centered on a broad flan. Minor flan crack, otherwise, very fine.
