ISLAMIC, 'Abbasid Caliphate. al-Rashid, AH 170-193 / AD 786-809. Dirham (Silver, 24 mm, 2.87 g, 12 h), citing the caliph Harun al-Rashid and the governor Uthman ibn 'Umara ibn Khuraym, Sijistan, AH 173 = AD 789/90. SICA III, 834. About extremely fine.
Uthman ibn 'Umara ibn Khuraymwas was governor of Arminiya in AH 165-168 and of Sijistan in AH 172-175.
