ISLAMIC, Umayyad Caliphate. temp. 'Abd al-Malik ibn Marwan, AH 65-86 / AD 685-705. Pashiz (Bronze, 23 mm, 1.08 g, 1 h), Arab Sasanian type, anonymous, without mint and date. Crowned and draped Sasanian-style bust to right;above, crescent. Rev. Stylized fire altar flanked by two attendants. Gyselen -. Malek, Arab-Sasanian, 1513. Extremely rare. Small hole, otherwise, good fine.
