M AYP CЄYHPOC AΛЄΞANΔPOC Laureate and draped bust of Severus Alexander to right, seen from behind. Rev. AΔPIANΩωN•ЄOC•AIΓAIωN Serpent coiled to right around omphalos. Haymann 162b corr. = SNG Levante 1759 corr. ( same dies, but obverse legend misdescribed and no obverse die match to Haymann 162a = SNG Levante 1758). Of the highest rarity, perhaps the second known example. The reverse double struck, otherwise, nearly extremely fine.
