ISLAMIC, Caucasus (Post-Mongol). Shirvan. temp. Fath 'Ali Khan, AH 1180-1203 / AD 1766-1788. Abbasi (Silver, 24 mm, 2.91 g, 1 h), Shamaki, AH 1181 = AD 1767/8. Album 2945. Beautifully toned and unusually well struck. About extremely fine.
The obverse of this coin bears the fascinating legend 'ya saheb oz-zaman' ('O master of time' in Arabic).
