Cn. Lucretius Trio, 136 BC. Denarius (Silver, 19 mm, 3.99 g, 11 h), Rome. Head of Roma to right, wearing winged helmet; below chin, X (mark of value). Rev. CN•LVCR / ROMA The Dioscuri riding on horseback to right, each holding spear. Babelon (Lucretia) 1. Crawford 237/1a. RBW 978. Sydenham 450. Beautifully toned. Nearly extremely fine.
