KINGS OF ELYMAIS. Uncertain early Arsakid kings, late 1st century BC-early 2nd century AD. Tetradrachm (Bronze, 29 mm, 15.19 g). Diademed bust to left; to left, star; to right, pellet-in-crescent above inverted anchor with two crossbars. Rev. Highly degraded diademed bust to left. Van’t Haaff Type -, cf. 10.3.1-2B (no star before bust and anchor with one crossbar). A very rare variety. Struck from a worn reverse die , otherwise, good very fine.
