Slave polychrome icon on a metal frame, large rectangular central medallion on the traditional theme of the Virgin of tenderness carrying the infant Jesus and four large decorative boxes. The icon is entirely enhanced with glazed pareclose patterns, symbolic crosses and garlands. Quality work, probably Russian from the twentieth century. Dimensions 21.9 x 19.2 cm. Good condition
